        So far so good! PROS: Plenty of parking, typically quiet day and night, really nice gym, promptly responds to basic maintenance requests, super cat-friendly, trash/recycle picked up regularly, Amazon locker for packages, decent amount of storage in the unit, wood burning fireplace, friendly staff, small complex, buildings are labeled really well and easy to find, property is usually clean, very few kids, mini mart in walking distance CONS: humidity is terrible and attracts lots of pests - invest in a dehumidifier, I can hear my neighbors pee, whoever renovated the apartment did a rushed horrible job and cut corners, washer/dryer was moldy and disgusting upon move in, a little pricey, don't expect to have good internet or cell service here, occasional tweaker digging through the trash
