Big O Tires

Bought a set of tires from Bigelow year-and-a-half ago I need to get them looked at and hey there are no locations around me anywhere open now that Lynnwood closed and these guys are under renovation so thanks Big O you're making me regret my purchases.. ill be sure to go with discount next from now on.

It's amazing that the reviews for this place are all either 1 star or 5 stars... does every customer either have an amazing or awful experience? My wife had tires replaced here several years ago on her Honda Pilot, and since then there have been a couple of experiences with flats and or leaks, and they either fixed or outright replaced the tire with a brand new one, AND installed it at no cost. We take all of our cars here for oil changes now as well... the wait can be long sometimes, but that's not their fault for having too many cars at once. We'll keep going here until we have that 1 star experience.

I took my car in for new tires and they told me that in their inspection of my car they found that I needed new brakes. I got the brakes that they recommended and took my car and went back to school in Oregon. About half way through the drive they were screaming, something like nails on a chalkboard. I took my car to my local Firestone in Corvallis OR and they informed me that Big O put the WRONG PARTS on my car. I called and they said that they would take care of it but I am not looking forward to driving my car another 10 hours home and back to school for something that should have been done right the first time. It was the first and the last time I will be using their services. UPDATE: Not only did they not fix the problem, once I returned the wrong parts after a good mechanic took them off, they have failed to refund me after 4 separate phone calls. I still haven't received my refund after 3 months. They are either snakes who just don't want to refund me or some special kind of stupid down at Big O's in Woodinville.

Definitely would recommend this place to anybody! Came here not knowing anything I needed when it came to an oil change. The associate was able to talk me through what I needed and even showed me what it'll cost before paying. Only took 30 mins too! There's a waiting room with a tv. Some hot coffee and a beverage vending machine.
