I have gone to these guys twice both times were a great experience. Took care of my tires, got me in and out quickly. Owner is a vet and I fully support veteran business owners. So if that's important to you this is the place.

Great customer service!! Replaced some steering parts and brought in my truck at noon on a Saturday for an alignment. They asked if I could drop it off for a little bit given the weekend work load. Not only did I get my truck back sooner than expected but for an old truck this thing has never driven so straight. Jordan was extremely helpful getting me checked in while Andy's time management and customer service were top notch! Quinton was the technician who fixed my truck making it feel brand new! Thank you Big O! Recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Recent edit March 2024: management has changed since we started coming here & the last job we had done was to fix a front wheel bearing. We'd had one done in 2019 & the other just last month. First issue: we drove out of the parking lot with tons of noise coming from the front end. My husband looped back into the parking lot only to have them acknowledge they heard noise too ..yet they let us go! Our teenager will be driving this van & we need it to run safely. We took it back in the next business day to have them look & low & behold, the bearing they'd just fixed wasn't good, and damaged our rotors. Props to them they fixed things for no cost to us. Fine. It hasn't driven right since, brakes felt strange, but we chalked it up to just the difference with our new Subaru and thought it was just us. 6 weeks later it started making bearing noise again. Fed up, we took it to another shop, only to be told now BOTH front bearings are bad & we just had to pay over a grand to have it fixed...again! I'm sad to say we've lost faith & will be changing where we get our vehicle work done. We love supporting local businesses, especially veteran owned...only now we'll be looking elsewhere for our needs. Changing my 5 star to 1, I wish I could do then & now ratings bc this used to be a peace of mind shop, unfortunately now it isn't. :-( -------------------------------- We've had work done here twice now on my Toyota Sienna. All in the last couple months, and my van has never driven better since I've had it! We are extremely pleased with the customer service and expert work we had done, we're customers for life now. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
