        This place seems to be a hit or miss. We had a great experience with our tires probably because the district manager was there but when we got our brakes done, they never stopped squeaking and grinding. Then we come back and first they say they recommend driving 500 miles first so the brakes become friends but it didnt stop. When we went back, they say we need new rotors. Something we didnt need last week but all of a sudden we need them when our brakes were never fixed in the first place. And the quote? Over $500! Thats not right. We got our brakes done there and something wasnt done right. Now they say we need new rotors. Worst part, were going on a road trip tomorrow and now we need to rent a car and deal with this when we get back. I wish I just paid a little extra and went somewhere else for my brakes. This was a terrible experience.

        Great customer service! Came in for a rock in the brakes and they turned it around in no time at all! And on a follow up visit, they were straight to the point, no fluff. I appreciate that as it laid out my options to plan. Will go back again!
