I got a flat tire, and I urgently took my car here without an appointment. Although it was busy morning on Sat., they fixed it in 30 minutes, and also found an issue with the tire sensor. I really appreciated their flexibility and efforts, which prevent me from disrupting activities with my family. Also, I heard one of customers said "You guys are the best!", when he was leaving. On my drive home tonight in the pouring rain and darkness, my right headlamp went out. I pulled into Pep Boys and was told they couldn't help me as they were closing. I then went to Eastside Automotive where they immediately changed out both headlamps and told me, "no charge." Eastside Automotive, many thanks for providing such excellent customer service and taking care of my safety issue. I'll be back on Saturday to have my rattling heat shield repaired. I had a problem with my daughters carbon canister at her school which is not far from Del's shop. I took it over there near closing and he jumped on it straight away to take a look. We left it overnight and he completed the repair by the middle of the next day which involved some soldering etc. I went to pick it up and was expecting a bill for a few hundred bucks. He didnt charge me anything and with that gesture he has bought my business for as long as I live in Washington!!!
