        Great branch. We drive 12 miles from home to bank here. They have always had exceptional bank managers, including the current one now. They are always knowledgeable and helpful. We sometimes deposit at a closer branch, but we come here to do in person transactions and open accounts.

        Terrible ATM! My husband went to use the ATM and the touch screen wasnt working. Then the ATM ate his card. Apparently they dont service their own ATMs. Which leaves me to wonder why they offer this ATM service.

        Worst bank ever, don't use them. ATM ate my card and the branch employees told me to pound sand when I asked if it could be retrieved. Customer service said the same. The ATM has a width wise oriented card slot which seems like an awful design likely to jam cards - and hey - it did. Apparently they don't service the machines and can't do anything if something goes wrong. Imagine it's the same story for a lot of their other services.
