      image Worst customer service. Showed up for an appt during my work hours since no other time was unavailable and got turned away for not having a document that they said I needed but was not listed on my appointment prep info.

      image Was on call with Fraud line and they asked to visit the financial center.. People at financial center refused to talk to BOA fraud agent on phone and asked to take appointment. Even the agent was surprised as it would have taken them just 1 minute to complete the process. Horrible experience at this branch whenever I visit.
