I walked into this location at the beginning of the year as a clueless and confused college student. Over the past year, Nancy has walked me step by step through the process of setting up my accounts, answering any and all questions I had, and sent me on my way towards financial literacy. Nancy has always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. I really felt like the people working cared about helping me work towards my goals. This branch is a little out of the way for me, but I drive an extra half hour because they are so kind and helpful to me. I can't recommend them enough!

Our company recently changed to this bank and I appreciate all of the staff especially Nancy. Everyone always has a smile and is very welcoming.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK ! Have issues with a refund amount being shorted, so i have been continually calling this bank for a month to get it corrected. I get excuse after excuse, and that i have to wait 15 days, then after 15 i was told i have to wait 30 days. All the while getting frustrated , so i removed my money from the account and now they have removed $4 twice while we wait for a $6.47 refund error to correct so i can close the account. SO THEY STOLE $8 WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR $6.47 ....WHAT A JOKE AND SCREWED UP COMPANY. BANK RIGHT NEXT DOOR WITH NO FEES.

me and my husband were trying to get a loan to pay off our debts and dump them all in one and set up a payment plan to pay off our debts. since they don't give out that kind of plan we were trying to get a home improvement loan . The person who worked with us was Scott from Puyallup banner bank. I have to say I don't have any good feelings about my experience. I got good recommendations from family and was hoping for some good results. Scott contacted me only twice, after I submitted all documents, didn't hear from Scott and waited several days then wrote an email if he received my information. He said he did and say he's working on it. Over two weeks passed and I heard nothing from him or the Bank itself. I called their office and was told he's on vacation.. Really? He couldn't call me and warn me he's on vacation? Then the woman I spoke to said she'll try finding out what's happening with my papers. I never got any call from anyone For another week or over. Then received a letter in the mail that they didn't approve my loan. I felt very sad that Scott himself couldnt even call and explain anything. I had to wait over three weeks and all I got was a letter in the mail. Getting a loan online with Credit Karma was so much easier and i was approved that same day.
