    March 16th, 2024 went to this location. Filed a warranty replacement, lost the replacement; T-Mobile sent me a brand new phone. I got charged $1508 on my account to be paid that month, a service charge for not returning the replacement device which I lost. T-Mobile now sends new phones out for warranty replacement. I called customer service they said if I returned the new phone they sent me I would get the charge of $1500 removed. After the device was checked in as received from their warehouse, now they say I still have to pay the fee or my service will be cut off. So now with no phone which I returned to them I should pay a $1500 fee. The manager at this store was unable to do anything about it either, he said it is store policy and I should never have returned it regardless of what the representative on the phone told me to do. He called customer and did nothing for me. He even said what phone is that in your hands. Obviously if he checked the line he would know that my phone has not been connected for days. So they told me to pay accuse me of malicious behavior and lying and refuse to send back the phone. So I should pay $1500 for a phone that I never asked to buy and that they themselves have in there hands. T-Mobile are thieves and don't give customer service, they only follow whatever their computer says. Will be cancelling service and now will have a negative report on my credit report since I'm not paying for a phone I did not want. An automatic response to the review. No I was not concerned about time at all. Clearly this company doesn't care about how the customer feels see the response below.

    The sales person Joel at the Kent Station location in Washington was very helpful yesterday when I purchased the S24 Ultra and was even more helpful when I came back today because the phone had touch screen issues that couldn't be resolved by doing a factory reset. He did a little more troubleshooting but it ended needing to be replaced. He quickly got a replacement an i was on my way out to enjoy the rest of my day.

    Today I visited a store t-mobile kent station Service is very bad and I said I want to talk to the manager but they didnt come outside from their office so it is very bad experience with them and I have 7 lines with them, I request them 3 months ago to discountinue my mobile hotspot but they are still deducting a amount for that So its a totally bad experience with them lll not suggest to anybody to go this store T-mobile kent station
