I went there to close my unused savings account and they were very respectful and not pushy. Took care of it in just a few minutes.

Horrible just absolutely appalling, came get some help with the Chase Premier Plus Checking Military Account. Chase Employees made no attempts to help or greet in anyway whatsoever they were purposely ignoring me, when I finally got some help they told me that I would have to go to another chase branch.

I was intending to open a new account as a returning customer. I've always had great experiences with Chase Banks in the past as they are typically well staffed, competent, and provide excellent customer service. Within 5 minutes of sitting in this branch, it was easy to determine that none of those things hold true anymore. Those are the things that make paying for a banking account worthwhile- I can get the same poor service somewhere else for free, so I will.

Chase ATM machines never work. Every single chase brand I go to their ATMs are always broken....why? I've been a chase customer for over 30 years and this has become a real nuisance.

I been through many banks in Tacoma ,I have to say chase bank has treated me very Fairly and I have had any problems with them at all at this time...
