        Not sure why this location is still open you can't get access to the ATM after they close at 5 pm door is locked they took out the one in the drive thru. They have no tellers for deposits and withdrawals. You have to use the other 2 Federal Way locations for a teller.

        No Atm inside access with your card like most working chase banks, and the drive thru atm sign is on but the ATM is not there , go to a different chase bank dont bother with this one

        Removed drive up ATM! One left inside, but there was a man sleeping on the bench near the door. NOT SAFE! Had to drive to another bank! They arent very close! NOT GOOD!
