Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish speakers work here. Excellent experience in this only One corporate store in the area. All other stores just doing selling but if some issues send you to this store. In Evergreen Mall way Tmobile store employees always help or explain how to fix any issue Thank you!

Evelyn, the store manager was very helpful. We purchased the phone from a different third party TMobile store in Mukilteo, but the store had been closed for many days for reasons we don't know. My wife and son's new S24 needed to be activated and since the Mukilteo store was closed, we need to go to a different store. First, my wife went to the Alderwood store and was given the runaround, and was told that since the phone was purchased at the Mukilteo store, that they couldn't do anything about it and we have to go back to the Mukilteo store. I than called the Everett Mall way store and they said they were glad to help my wife and my son's phone activation. Evelyn was very professional and was very patient working with us and even worked beyond closing hours just to activate their phone. My wife even went back the next day to present some issues and Evelyn helped her again. I would highly recommend the Everett Mall Way TMobile branch to anybody wanting to buy a phone, transfer services or whatever reason you may have.
