Cannot say enough about Matt and his team! Everyone was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Matt and his crew had our house repairs done and everything staged in a very short period of time and our house looked beautiful when it went on the market! Best part was it sold in four days! Would highly recommend Matt Steel Really!

Matt and his team including Chris, Claudia and his staging company Intext Staging really delivered beyond even the high expectations I had!! For what its worth, I am someone who really did a lot of research in picking a real estate agent because I was absolutely determined to find the best top notch realtor to sell our home very quickly and for as much as possible. In doing so, I stumbled upon Matt when I was actually just looking for a home staging company. In talking with Matt his passion, and competency for what he does quickly comes through. During our experience he also displayed tenacity, because in closing our home sale we had an appraisal issue arise upon the very quick sale of our home. He though, immediately went to work to bring forth any and all evidence supporting the sales price of our home. The overwhelming evidence he worked very hard to bring forth ended up closing the deal. It was refreshing to work with him as well, because he displayed honesty and integrity through the whole process. If you research him one of the things that also sets him apart is that he and his team can coordinate and do any needed maintenance and repair work on your home to put it in the best position to sell. Matt and his team are the best! I worked with Matt and his team to help sell my moms house and utilized all of Matts' real estate services' to remodel the home, conduct staging of the home and find a buyer in a very condensed time frame. Matt and his team worked closely with us on the remodel and finished the work on time and within budget. He was able to sell the home very quickly at our original asking price.
