My husband and I had three days in the Seattle area for our home finding trip, which we had to plan at the last minute (roughly 10 days notice). Aaron helped us plan a packed weekend that allowed us to see 17 houses in about 48 hours, and his pricing strategy led to us winning our first bid! Aaron is truly the best out there. When we started the the search for a home 3 years ago, we had no idea what we were getting into. Aaron was there for us, very patient and kind. He stuck with us through all the ups and downs that come with buying a home. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Hes super knowledgeable and makes the home-buying process as painless as possible. And overall, hes just a great person. Its truly been an enjoyable experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Working with Aaron on purchasing our first investment property was really easy! The process was truly seamless. He took the time to explain the process to us. He was very very responsive not just during finding the investment property but he and his team were very responsive through the entire process from beginning to closing day and even after! One of the things that is so special about Aaron is he understands your needs and knows what you are looking for and then recommends the properties to you. We did not have to do too much investment property hunting ourselves since Aaron was able to do great curation. Aaron also is great at procuring off market properties as well so you are not just stuck with whatever is on the MLS. Aaron also helped us with creating a very compelling offer. Regarding the deal we won in a bidding war, we weren't the highest offer but with Aaron's help, we did have a very strong offer that added value to the seller without offering more money. This was such a great experience to work with Aaron Morrow and his team. We can clearly see the value of having a dedicated realtor on your team when building your investment portfolio. We will definitely be working with you again on any other investment purchases as well as any Real estate that we are looking to sell in the future. I highly recommend anyone who is looking as an investor or as someone looking to buy or sell a house to work with Aaron and his team.
