This real estate agent from this office promised and sent the application for my friend and she gave the notice at her place as she had a very strong cosigner to make sure she gets the townhouse, and after she signed the lease and sent it back and asked he agent for 3 days to where she can send the money for the first and deposit, he then ended up contacting here and told her that he decided to give it to someone else. No moral at all, when she latterly told him that she will end up in the street if she can't find a place by the end of the month and he didn't care at all. Never use the services of this office ever again, toying with people feelings and life is not a joke Mr. Rob This is the agent name Rob Nicholso and picture attached.

Our real estate agent, Martin Morales, made the home buying process smooth and as painless as possible! I approached him right before the holidays not expecting to hear from him or even get started. I told him I wasnt sure I would qualify but would like to know where I stand. He connected me that same evening with a mortgage lender and got me pre-approved within a few days. My entire process from beginning to closing was just a little over a month!!!
