We worked with Sandi to buy our first home in Everett. Sandi was amazing throughout the entire process. During our first buyers meeting, she patiently and comprehensively educated us on the Seattle real estate market and all of the things we should expect. And when we went to go see houses, she was very detailed and gave us her honest feedback - even if that meant she had to disagree with us. Sandi was an insightful and hardworking guide throughout the process that my family found itself in with the update and sale of my parents' home. She provided regular updates on the neighborhood real estate market, various timelines and scenarios for listing, and useful tips regarding where to put effort and money into sprucing up the residence. Sandi's suggested price and strategy were well researched, and the property sold in one day for over the asking price. The buyer also waived the inspection and walk-through and we closed in less than two weeks. In addition to her wealth of experience, Sandi is also a generous and thoughtful community member, supporting the local public schools and various causes.

Sandi is exceptional in so many ways! She is incredibly informed, she shares her knowledge in a very inclusive way, and she made our home purchase fun - even though it was during a very stressful time (Covid). She was SO patient with us - we would never have been able to purchase our dream home without her. She's genuine, flexible, kind and honest.
