AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. NOT TRUSTWORTHY,LOST 30K !!!!! We hired CENTURY 21 WP& ASSOCIATES for condo purchase and as a first-time home buyer, we were fully depended on their agent (who was a sweet talker only ) We were expected guidance from the agent to understand what is special assessment is all about and how it will affect on our monthly payments. Today ,my condominium was assessed a special assessment for $30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand dollars ) despite the resale certificate simply stating that there was the potential for a $6,000,000 repair looming to the buildings composing the condominium. However, Century 21 WP & Associates neither informed us on the final special assessment amount nor encouraged us to attend any homeowner meetings held between the signing of the Contract and closing of the Property, during which we could have potentially influenced the final home purchase price. When we contacted the century 21 and WP agent regarding special assessment dues, she was not aware about it as she did not work/read or guide us carefully. Her lack of knowledge cost us 30K !! Since then I am having sever hardship to make payments with interest towards the special assessment. I am requesting you all to avoid or very very cautious if you are planning to hire Century 21 WP & Associates for any of your property purchase.
