        Great stuff for adventure travel - we are going up the Amazon River in 2 months. But it was Erin who really helped us sort it all out.  We were impressed with her extensive knowledge of the product lines. When something did not quite seem to be working right, or even when we just asked a question, she had suggestions.There were some things on sale that were a perfect fit for us. Was so nice to be able to touch & feel the items in a brick & mortar store!We will be back before whatever our next trip is.

        First off, ExOfficio is quality for life. Customer service is sadly a lost art, but not for Melvin. Melvin is keen and has amazing CS skills and prowess. Tom is also a great support to his staff and a guru at customer service. It starts with values and valuing others. The staff holds CS in high regard... thank you. I appreciate your appreciation of the art.
