PXG Seattle

Went in and did the 30 min driver challenge. My fitter was kind and I felt like he was doing a good job considering the short time together. My disappointment comes from the fact that I was assured that I would be forwarded my stats on trackman so I can use the numbers to compare to another fitting I will be doing so I can determine if PXG is the best fit. I did the fitting at 11am and did not get it by days end which leaves me to believe I probably wont get it.. Facility was nice fitting started 5 min late. At the end of the day I am left wondering if I will go back??

Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted. I was also offered a bottle of water with a PXG label to take to my fitting. Nice touch. The fitting center is modern, clean, and well merchandised with equipment and apparel. My fitter Taylor Brenden did an excellent job. I tested my present driver as well as three PXG models with different shafts. Taylor gave me feedback about club head speed, direction and other data after each swing. I felt his recommendations for driver model, loft, shaft flex and club length were accurate. Based on these, I purchased a new driver. Taylor also promptly sent me an email with details of my purchase and the ability to track my order from factory to arrival at my home. At this time, I do not need any additional clubs, but in the future, if I do, based on my experience at this PXG fitting center it will be my first stop. I will enthusiastically recommend this fitting center to my golfing buddies.

While the putter fitting experience here was good and I like the product, the ordering and customer service processes and lack of follow-up since then have left a lot to be desired. To begin, being charged a $25 shipping and handling fee only to learn my club fitter designated the Bellevue PXG store (PXG Seattle) as the ship to address was lame. Total B/S to pay a shipping and handling fee only to have to return to the store to collect the order. Issue 1: sent email to the club fitter requesting the shipping address be changed to my home address. No action taken meaning I called customer service to make the correction Id already requested. Issue 2: order status hasnt changed since the order was placed 7 days ago (status was order received) despite the PXG Order Tracking page stating Your PXG equipment ships within seven days from your purchase. Issue 3: called customer service after 7 days had already elapsed since placing the order to find out why the order status hasnt changed and product hasnt been assembled or shipped. Customer service person I spoke with said hed touch base with the club fitter then respond back to me later in the day. No response back so I called customer service again at the end of the day to cancel the order. Learned that the customer service person I spoke with earlier today apparently left no additional notes on my order (helpful). Luckily, in this last call I reached someone who was helpful. Hopefully this will be the conclusion of a pretty frustrating process.
