        Scheduled a self guided tour at 1:30 pm, got here and the leasing door was locked, no sign, no personnel. We waited and tried to call, nobody picked up. Wasted our time.

        We stayed at Avalon Bellevue for one year. Our stay was very comfortable and smooth. We left with fond memories :) The leasing office & the maintenance crew have been extremely friendly and professional, attended to any of our requests immediately. The move in and move out process was super smooth, and threw no surprises. Even after we moved out, the team was super helpful in addressing a few requests for mails, deliveries among others. I would rate the crew 5/5. Other things I liked: The apartment - while the building is old, the apartment we stayed at was renovated. The apartment was very comfortable, though too small for our needs. The amenities - the gym was recently upgraded with the latest equipment, and it was really good. Very well maintained as well. The apartment also had two terraces, complete with BBQ grills. I've used them frequently and really loved it. Controlled access - the apartment had controlled access which made it safer for us. The gated parking garage was also good. Storage rooms - They also have storage rooms for rent at a very very reasonable price, and we used them a lot. Things I wish were better - The apartment was too small for us. The elevators did break down once in a while, which was a bit of a bother. That being said, there were a total of 4 elevators, so we never got stuck. Overall, extremely satisfied :) Big shout out to Jennifer and Gabriella from the lease office, Juan & Ronald from the maintenance crew and everyone else in the Avalon Bellevue Crew :)

        We just moved in last month and have been loving it! The maintenance crew here keeps everything clean and functional - response is always fast. The leasing office staff is also great in solving your problems too. The resident app is very handy and makes it easy to communication to maintenance and the office.
