I moved into this amazing brand new apartment building in June 2022, and I love it! It's a luxury apartment with outstanding amenities - gorgeous rooftop, gym, walking distance to - restaurants, Bellevue Sq Mall, parks, (Bellevue & Meydenbauer) Chinook Middle School, Starbucks & etc. The management team - Melissa & Sabina were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The lobby has an urban design and warmth vibe as you walk in. Keyless apartment entry, and the convenience of using my phone to enter the building were a huge plus! I have no concerns about package deliveries, the building has a huge mail room for that. Overall, I love this place very much. Highly recommend.

This building has hands down the worst parking garage I've ever seen in my life. Spaces are only slightly wider than an average car, leaving no room for doors to open. Several spaces also have air conditioners and ventilators, meaning that a regular length car sticks out when parked. I would rather try to park an Abrams tank at Costco on a Sunday than attempt parking in the garage here
