Moved in 3 months ago and the apartments are quiet. Neighbors are friendly. You can walk 10 minutes to the Trader Joes and PCC market and 15 minutes to the Bellevue Botanic Garden. There is a rooftop patio and a lounge room if you want a small space to occasionally host events. They are prompt with maintenance requests. Best of all, the property manager Sarah really cares about the tenants.

Moving out is a nightmare. I havent got my deposit refunded and I have moved out since November 2023. I communicated with different property managers (Victoria, Michelle, Katrine) multiple times regarding the refund of my deposit but I have not received it. No one replies my emails despite chasers, and when I manage to get one of them on the phone or text, they always assure me that they are working on it and the check will be sent to me in the mail. It is now Feb 2024 and I havent received any updates from them. There is nothing in the mail. I have lived here since 2021 and noticed that the good property managers keep leaving, and the management ends up doing this patchwork interim manager system covering duties where things dont get done. Update: My deposit came in the mail in mid Feb 2024, after two and a half months.
