TEN20

We lived here for a year and it was great. Our apartment did have some pros and cons. Unfortunately the heating system is not good so it was expensive to keep our unit heated. The thermostat would say it is 71-72 inside but it would feel chilly. Electricity bills were around $300 during late fall and winter, so be aware because we were kinda shocked from the price difference between our previous apartment complexes and Ten20. My review is 5 stars mainly because of Mark (an on-site property manager). What a sweet, kind, thoughtful and respectful man he is!!! He is always there to wish you a great day and smile, making your day. I wish I could take Mark with us for our move to the East Coast, lol! Ten20 is blessed to have Mark as a part of their team. A true gem!!!

I recently moved into the Ten20 after my previous home suffered massive flooding and damage. Having to move under such circumstances was very challenging, which is why I am so grateful for finding the Ten20. Mark (one of the on-site managers) has been incredibly welcoming, professional, kind and helpful. (Im sure the other staff are great too, although I havent had the pleasure of meeting them in person). The warm welcome I received made my transition and move so much easier. I love my apartment, the common spaces are gorgeous, and the customer service is exceptional. Also, I had a slight issue with my shower head and it was dealt with immediately by maintenance - very impressive!! I love it here:)

Fraudulent collection on credit report. My personal information was given to a shady 3rd party debt collection agency, which completely burns my bridge with Ten20. Ten20 doesnt have the power to make things right, since the debt has been sold to another entity. - Initials: YQ. Debt: Roughly $300.

We have been living in ten 20 for half a year and are very happy, we have not encountered any problems, everything is always clean. The staff is very responsible and will help you solve any of your questions. Special thanks to Mark, he is very polite and ready to help. we love our apartment. and the people who live in the house are very nice.

random collection added to my credit report from Ten20. I never missed any payments. It seems Im not alone by the look of things. I wonder what the solution is mass lawsuit?
