Ive never seen somewhere so disorganized and uncaring. The newest manager Venus is the only person who seems to care at all and management has basically driven her away. There are hundreds of complaints made daily and NOTHING ever gets fixed. Trash piles up everywhere, rent is raised unexpectedly every couple of months, policies get changed with little to no warning. The MESS theyve made of everything has driven over 15 families to move out and they raised the rent about 30% during all that. Absolutely appalling.

I had arranged the viewing in advance and received a reminder message on the day of the appointment. However, upon arriving at the designated time (at 10:00) with my client, we were met with an unexpected and frustrating situation. It was Friday (February 23). To our dismay, the leasing office was closed, and there was no staff present to assist us. Despite attempting to contact the office using the phone number provided on the marketing materials, we were disappointed to find that it only led to an automated voicemail system, offering no immediate support or guidance. This experience has left a negative impression on both myself and my client. As prospective tenants, we expected a level of professionalism and reliability in the management of property viewings. The lack of accountability and accessibility demonstrated by this incident is unacceptable. I am deeply concerned about the inconvenience caused by this situation. It reflects poorly on the property management team's ability to fulfil basic customer service expectations and uphold commitments to scheduled appointments. I urge to address this matter promptly and implement measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Effective communication and accountability are crucial in maintaining trust and satisfaction among potential tenants. I request a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and assurance that steps will be taken to improve the management of property viewings.
