My husband and I bought our truck, a month ago. This has been the most pleasant experience of ever buying a vehicle we have ever experienced, if you want a place that actually cares about you and your vehicle this is the place to go hands down. Not only was it easy at the lot to get papers prepared they continue to check on how we are doing with the truck and to be sure all is well. All of the staff was wonderful and Shea was our dealer of the day. Thank you Shea for being a wonderful dealer. I would recommend this place to every person I know that is shopping for a car.

Second car from Miller Honda and couldnt be more pleased. Jeremy is a great salesman and I highly reccomend if youre looking to buy that you see him. Definitely the best warranty options around and very accommodating to our needs!

Shea was absolutely amazing. I only have one issue. When I was signing the paperwork the clear coat package deals they were putting it on my car, it reacted to some touch up paint (again didnt know about or notice) that was already on the car. It melted the side of my cars rear fender paint. I came out ready to drive off, envelope in hand and bam, the bad news. They did try to fix. It looks ok, but its not the same. Theres spots of rough places, its darker than the other part and not as glossy anymore in areas. My biggest thing is this happened while I was signing the paperwork before I even drove my new to me car off the lot. It took away from the excitement. Ive been back and forth with shop appointments and didnt have my car pretty much the first month. I feel like it took away its value before I got to drive it. Ive stated I wanted to talk to a manager and nobodys reached out, I have to call them. Well I did, no response yet. I just feel like customer service and satisfaction wise, this is not ok. Yes, even though they tried to fix it, its not the same. Im still expressing Im not happy and here I feel bad for bugging them. It was a lot of money down for me and I saved up for this car. I would of asked for money off or something had I known before signing. No discount or discussion on this.
