My husband and I were in the market to buy a new vehicle. After visiting several dealerships in the Winchester area we made our way over to Safford. We were greeted by Curtis, one of the salesman. After some small talk and telling him what I was interested in he got the keys. We spent some time sitting in and looking at 2 different vehicles. He was more than happy to let me take any for a spin that I wanted, but I didnt feel the need because Id made up my mind. We went inside to crunch some numbers and the sales manager Jonathan immediately came over and introduced himself. They were eager to make the sale, but more than willing to work with us on the numbers! We left in a new Dodge Durango R/T feeling like we made a great deal!! Everyone we met and worked with through the buying process was excellent, right down to Zach the guy in finance!! We will definitely be repeat buyers for sure and I would highly recommend Safford to anyone in the market to buy a car!!

Horrible communication with their customers! Ive had my Jeep in the shop for nearly 3 weeks and not ONCE have I been called for updates. Ive had to call them and on most occasions they didnt know anything. Even still, they could have called at least once a week to inform me on status quo. When they have told me things, its usually not accurate. Whenever they have said, we will call you back they do not. This situation was a difficult one due to a recall issue but I had to pull everything out of them piece by piece to get this resolved and if it wasnt for me having to call HDQ and get Justin on the phone with them on one line and HDQ on the other so we could get the story correct, my Jeep would still be sitting there. Oh wait, it is. Still waiting for parts that I was told would be in yesterday. Really not happy at the lack of transparency and communication at this dealer. And on top of all it, NO loaner cars while they take their sweet time with my Jeep!
