I was there a little over a year ago to add a line and get a phone to my verizon account & dealt with a woman named "Jazmin". While friendly enough, she could not have conceivably done more damage to my account with Verizon. I expected a higher prorate bill, but when the second and third bills after the prorated showed up to the tune of $400 each for 2 lines - I went to the Verizon store across the street. It took one of their representatives a little over an hour to undo the damage she had caused by opening multiple lines and not properly closing them, I assume, out of ignorance. Since then she's been replaced by a sales associate named "Brittany", who - while seemingly well intentioned, knows only a modicum more than her predecessor and seems more interested in shopping for herself than addressing anyone with a mobile question or need. The other fairly regular employee is "Ariel", again - a nice enough fellow, but seems far more interested in talking conspiracy theory than mobile phone service, but when he does get down to talking phones - he may sound authoritative, but in reality - knows very little. I highly recommend you go directly to your carrier of choice as the selection of phones is miniscule and the service is directly in proportion.
