I went to Monticello for the first time today and was met with a smiling face, not used to such friendly customer service. I believe her name was Shay, and she was a sweetheart. She had the answers to all my questions and was very patient with me. She was very informative about the products and the systems because honestly I dont understand none of it, but she made it seem like a breeze. She helped me even get the best prices on all my items! 10/10 service and transaction all around! I will definitely be coming back and recommending family and friends as well. If you want to go to a gamestop this one is the best one Ive been to thanks to her! Seriously give that girl a raise or a promotion! She deserves it! I will also be trying to contact corporate to speak of my experience with such a kind lady and hopefully this review will do some good for her or at least brighten her day like she brightened mine

Dont even bother. Just buy your game off Amazon or go to retro store. You wont be scammed, find nicer employees, get the game you came for.. plus GameStop is just so franchised now I cant even consider it a game store more POPS then games

The staff were very friendly from the phone call to the visit. Because of this location, I will have a very happy nephew and niece for Christmas.
