GameStop

This has been my go to gamestop for years but it's a broken down shadow of what it once was. Never open during the operation hours, and rarely even has the product you preordered on release day. I hate to say it but it's to the point where I'd say close this shop down and put in a business that can actually function. At least the one on monticello seems competent still. Sorry for the negativity but maybe if enough people complain something can be done.

very good great communication, helpful really good inventory. great prices too employee's are good I love this location would advise anyone to go here

Rarely do I give poor reviews. The store closes at 8:00, and I pulled in with my kids at 7:15. Lights on, open sign turned on, two employees inside with the security gates closed. There was a sign taped to the door that said, "Can't take cash." I understand that sometimes things happen, but this isn't the first time I've shown up during their posted business hours to find them closed.

Says they opened at 11, me and 5 other customers are standing out front at 1145 and it's still not open. This is the WORST gamestop location in all of Northern neck. Consistently giving customers problems and wasting our time.
