        I ordered an ottoman an d found out that they were getting it shipped in from Turkey. I waited 4 months and was told it did not come in on the container and it was missing. They had conflicting information as to why but the last thing told to me was that at the Port, the took it off and couldn't find it. This was in direct contrast to if you had ordered a couch, it may have come with that. Hiuh, not sure what that means but the bottom line, is they have no idea where it is. I also learned they knew this for over a week and apparently left messages for their contact over there and the guy never got back.
