Purchased quite a bit of pieces from West Elm at Tysons little over a year ago. Selection of furniture, styles, etc.. was what I was looking for a condo and made sense to buy the majority together at one store. Sales assistance and service was quite good and helpful. Most of everything purchased was on sale and had discount coupon from moving pkg. I'll admit, if not for that, and the reasonable charges for delivery and set up. I would have been forced to look elsewhere. But this was my 1st choice and very happy with the quality and style. Definitely above what you would expect to find in a more typical "discount" furniture store. Inventory and selection at West Elm does change and get refreshed, so always on my list of places to check.. My only wish is that they had customer comments sections on line for more information etc. from real people who have purchased their items. I find those very helpful and was concerned they do not provide that.., but I have no complaints with my experience.

Nice furniture, smaller store since inside a mall but can get an idea of what selection they have and the variety of options their furniture comes in. Never purchased from, seems overpriced but not sure if the quality matches that or not.
