I love pottery barn. It's a little overpriced, but hey, that's their positioning strategy. This location is having. Another of items for sale at the moment as they are relocating soon. So, they have a lot of Christmas and Thanksgiving items for sales for those interested.

Shonda is amazing. We worked with her on 4/15 but just finally got around to confirming measurements and ordering everything. She is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took the time to see if she could help us find a table that worked with our setup, and when we realized Pottery Barn didnt have anything that fit our criteria, she recommended a few other stores she thought might have what we were looking for. Just a delight to work with. Thank you Shonda!! Ps - we were encouraged to buy through the store because it helps keep them open, however it wasnt off-putting in any way and we did not feel pressured to order immediately. Wanted to mention this because some other reviews mentioned being turned off by being asked to order through the store. Because we received such wonderful service, we 100% wanted to order through the store once we were ready.

The Pottery barn sucks. I had several issues with this company. The first one was when I ordered a piece of furniture but didnt pay $150 extra to take it inside the home. They left my furniture under the rain in the middle of driveway. They even didnt bother to knock thr door. We found our coffee table soaked in water a couple of hours later. The second problem was when I ordered an area rug. After waiting for 26 days, I decided to track it. No sign of my order. After waiting for line to talk with someone I found they cancelled my order because they werent producing the product. They even didnt bother to contact us about it. Never buying anything from this company.
