Jackie was so helpful. I had been browsing for the perfect little reading chair. She gave me plenty of space to wander around the store and then helped me decide between two chairs. She even sweetened the deal! Jackie also helped me by holding the chair until I could arrange a pick-up. I am so happy to have finally found the perfect chair.

Stay away from this place. Ordered a chair in October with a timeline of 6-8 weeks. Its almost the end of march and I have yet to receive. I understand shipping and supply chain delays, but the store has been close to impossible to get in touch with and get status updates. Each update requires multiple calls from me. Its been a lot of work for a chair. Id rather just cancel the order at this point, but I already have one chair I got at home goods and really want the matching set!

My parents have purchased several nice pieces from them, including a kitchen set, coffee table and dining set. Customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Also, it is nice to support a local, family-owned business!

Went to the store quite a few times until I finally decided to purchase the couch I wanted. Jackie helped me through the whole process, while being very friendly & helpful. So far, the couch I bought is good, and the brands they sell seem to be reliable. Price at the store was cheaper than buying through the supplier's website. Highly recommend going there if you want to buy a couch or any house furniture, and highly recommend reaching out to Jackie for help.
