My husband and I got a whirlpool room and it was totally worth it! We also had a beautiful view of the beach. Also want to give a quick shout out to the staff! Everyone was so nice. We will definitely be staying here again for our future trips to VA beach.

Location is right on the beach It was quiet, rooms clean, beautiful view, looked just like their pics on the site. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the AC didn't really cool the room down even after having maintenance look at it.

Rooms: Astoundingly clean rooms - not a speck of dust, bathrooms snow-white. Our room had a jacuzzi right by the first-class view of the ocean, very romantic. Cozy kitchenette with better cabinets than some apartments I've rented, everything in great condition. Dish soap and towel for doing dishes, coffee packs made for 2 cups of coffee (great if traveling with a +1), and even a little table with 2 chairs to enjoy said coffee and food. Great water pressure in the bathroom, and plumbing is clearly on the newer end. Only comment would be to keep cleaner floors or add some cheap rugs - walking barefoot, we collected dirt while getting dressed. Would be nice to have a bamboo-type mat on the balcony or disposable slippers - the concrete can be freezing on a cooler day and if you didn't pack sandals or flip-flops. Walkability: Just a couple blocks from great food and souvenir shops. Only downside is not having a convenience store within walking distance when arriving late from out of town. Noteworthy details: Room signage with great humor, lovely 60's-70's reception room, centrally located AND an ocean view!
