Quality Inn Little Creek

I come from another hotel, Red Roof, but I can't stand how dirty and everything is 1 star. When I arrive at Quality Inn... I'm happy, I come back tired from work and the room makes me feel comfortable, thank you

Usual Quality Inn. Nothing fancy but walkways all around to hang out and get fresh air. Nice location. Minimal breakfast. Excellent staff. Housekeeping ladies are pleasant and keep everything neat and tidy. Front desk ladies are friendly and very helpful.

The room smells like an ashtray even though it is a non smoking, many burn marks noticeable all around the room , rust was highly prominent around bedroom lamps. Place was also being renovated with all items littered in the parking lot, many items were unsecured and exposed to the elements of nature and vermin . Unsettling to see . Convenient to get out of since its close to Chesapeake bay tunnel .

The front desk clerk was a nice lady. That is all I have polite to say. When we arrived we checked in and she was quick friendly and nice. Once we got to our two rooms it was a disaster. One room had pee pooled in the floor of the bathroom. The smell made it undeniable what it was. The room smelled like wet cigarettes. The second room looked ok at first. Within two minutes my asthmatic 6 year old had an attack. I went to turn the air down to cool her down and noticed there was visible black mold on the ac. I pulled my kids out of that room and told the front desk that we would not be staying. I told her I understand their cancellation policy and that I may have to pay for one night but I wouldnt be staying and told her the issues. I guess the owners or managers didnt care that I couldnt keep my child there because of medical reasons they charged me for both rooms and both nights. Getting ahold of them myself and through TripAdvisor was a complete nightmare and they refused to refund my money. Do not stay here. It is unclean and the manager will not do the right thing.
