My parents were in this store today, they wanted to get the iPhone 15 for my brother's birthday but on December 10, Sunday afternoon, a staff member treated them poorly. I strongly disagree with that since she did not want to serve them and He snapped his fingers that he had to be quick, another person was ahead of them and they were treated badly and racist, although the lady did speak Spanish and behaved very badly. I do not recommend going to this store since they treat people badly. I will not file a complaint but I will never file a complaint. I will go to that store again, it is the store that is closest to my house but thanks to that I prefer to change lines like this and never visit those stores and I hope the manager or manager takes action on the matter since it is not fair that they treat people like that Customers, thank you very much for the treatment. It was my brother's gift for his 15th birthday. I do not recommend this store.

By far the best location! I drive 25 min out of my way to only deal with this location. Whether I'm getting my kids new phones or trying to understand how mine works Luis who has helped me everytime he is polite,patient and extremely helpful. I don't leave reviews often but this is well deserved
