This is my second time going to that particular store. The first time, the door was locked for more than 15 minutes before I left and made my payment at a different location.
This time, the lady was working with a customer. She asked if I had a quick question, I said I was making a payment.
She asked if I was paying in cash. When I said yes, she asked if I had exact amount because she didn't have change. My payment amount is $59.00, I told her I had a hundred, she said she couldn't made change for that. During this time, another customer came in. I had to go across the street to 7-11 and buy something for them to give me change. I went back to the MetroPCS store and she was still working with the same customer from when I first walked in. I will give this location 1 more chance. They say 'third time is a charm', I sure hope so...
Jose' at the location on Lynnhaven was awesome on the past...he may just be the one I go to in the future.
