I walked in the store today and the employees didnt say a word. I wasnt greeted or told Ill be right with you. Just silent and continued on with other customers. The employees kept looking over at me but still no words exchanged.

From what Im reading I can say that I agree that this location has the WORST customer service! Walked in the store just for the 3 work lees to look at me then keep doing what they were doing! At least greet the customer when they walk in! 20 mins have gone by & not 1 person has said hi, or welcome! Good thing multitasking isnt part of the job. I should get a job here since you dont need much of a brain or personality to work here. No one should have to wait just to be greeted when walking in a business!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible workers most likely lead by a horrible manager. People gotta care about what they do! Point blank

Literally the worst customer service in the entire world. Literally said I couldnt an upgrade my phone over an mm minor scratch that no one could even see without putting a flashlight. Said I couldnt upgrade but T-Mobile customer service said I could the whole time! Absolutely insane, my fiance and father happened to be there and were also just shocked. I reported them with an incident report. The supervisors didnt even have the decency to explain. Its funny that T-Mobile website even says normal wear and tear small scratches are acceptable and they took a one mm minor scratch that took a flashlight to see with and called it a crack. The supervisor didnt even come and explain it; she should be fired as the worst customer service Ive ever seen and I have to say I havent been that mad in a long time!
