        Had to wait a little but didn't mind because the female associate who assisted me today(3.18.24) helped me tremendously and was able to fix the problem something the hull street location didn't want to do. I will take that drive to that location from now on.

        The staff at Southpark T-Mobile are always friendly and very helpful. I went there on 3/17/24, after speaking with Earnest on the phone to make sure they had the new Gateway in stock. I walked into T-Mobile with no waiting, asked about upgrading my T-Mobile home internet and in no time at all I was out the door with new Gateway. Thank you

        Great experience. Needed to upgrade plan and equipment. Seamless. Had to wait a bit because they were crowded, but once we were being served...TOP TIER SERVICE. More than pleased with new service plan and phones.
