This is not the store for cellular phones. It is for Fios. It's been a while since I personally had to visit either store, but I found out that they switched locations. Fios was on Virginia Beach BLVD, and this location was the cellular store.

Keith walked me through the phone process wonderfully, I was really scared calling in but he was very understanding and cooperative. Ended up getting my year-long issue resolved in 15 minutes thanks to him, highly recommend! He also got me a new set of phone accessories and it has been lovely.

Picked up fios router and I could not set it up because it says that I have not picked the router yet. I have already talked to 3 of their tech support but they could not help me. This driving me crazy. Fix this verizon.

Scammers! they tried to get us to do their internet service, we declined and then months later charged us DOUBLE what our bill was supposed to be to "disconnect" the service WE NEVER STARTED. Spoke with the store and they said they could see the charge and that it didn't make sense, to call financial services. called financial services only for them to be closed when they should have been open. called back the store for the assistant manager to basically say she can't do anything that she has the same accesses as i do... ridiculous. had to call tech support for them to look and see that indeed everything said we declined the service they charged us for... ridiculous. the moment we can we are canceling everything with this service.
