This is the worst store to go to! Not a corporate Tmobile store they are a 3rd party and adhere to very different guidelines then a corporate store. Came in to trade out my phone and get their promo they were running at the time and they ran a 'Bate and Switch' on me!! Never got the trade in of my old phone , never got the free promo phone. Instead I ended up with a more expensive plan and paying on a new phone. Needless to say I will be switching to a new carrier!! Please take a good look at your paperwork in detail when you walk out of there.
