Bought 3 iphones from Sam and one of the phones had a sticky home button. Brought the phone back to Sam where he spent about 20 mins. trying to fix this button.. After the 20 mins., he then gave me a replacement phone without any problems. I highly recommend this kiosk to buy cell phones from as Sam is a man of his word.. Thank you Sam!

They told us it would be $80 to fix. Then when we went to pick it up, they said $130 and they only take cash. When I tried to explain how that is not fair, THEY CALLED SECURITY on me. It was a nightmare. Plus, when I walked away, the two employees and the owner's daughter bullied my 15 year old daughter and made her cry.

Was looking to buy an unlocked phone for my trip overseas. Attendant suggested why not unlock my iphone instead. was told that it takes 24hours or less to get phone unlocked. i asked wether it being a friday would have any delays she reassured me it would not. Got done with the IMEI unlock request and paid my $52.50 in cash since they don't accept cards. today is sunday at 0423 hrs and phone still not working with different sim card. I want to get my money back but i wont be back till jan 8. too late by then i think. on the receipt it says no refunds all sales final. I will still call them back after my holiday trip but i doubt that they will refund or do anything to correct this. business probably needs it more that i do. stay away! does not deliver on promises and claims.
