Sparrows Point Townhomes and Apartments

I've been here for a couple months now and everything has been great for the most part. Maintenance team is great, and the office is quick to respond to concerns. The only complaints I have is that I live in the lower level, and every time the tenants above me walk around, their floor squeaks and creaks pretty loudly. It does sometimes keep me up at night or wake me in the early mornings. My other complaint is that every once in a while, I'll find a cockroach. To people interested in moving into Sparrows Point, I highly recommend moving into an upper level apartment. Overall though, I do like it here.

They change management and its been going down hill since then Nothing but crack heads in the office they charge you almost 2,000 dollars after moving out and they say its the final final bill charges they are not knowledgeable about anything they have no class the people in the office needs to go they make the company have a bad brand I can keep going but looking into having the company investigated

Me and my boyfriend went on a tour yesterday with Tara. She was so fun and had so much energy. The property is clean and the apartments are really nice. She showed me the townhome and the two bedroom. I highly recommend this property. I cannot wait to be a resident.
