rude disrespectful employees that dont care about your apartment falling apart. dont move here. people leave their disgusting trash outside of their apartment for days the leasing office advertises 150$ fine but does absolutely nothing about residents walk ways looking like landfills.

Where do I begin, this was my very first apartment and although there were some obstacles along the way through the stress and worry crystal assured me she would move me in by the 1st and did just that. im so appreciative of her and the leasing office for working with me and answering any questions i had.

I had to update my review because honestly it's not that bad living here. The lady's in rental office all of them are top notch wonder, and the maintenance guys are over the top the best I can't remember all their names but for the one that fixed my stove thank you. And the other guys that replaced my broken refrigerator. They all make it their duty to take care of us living out here. So for the other problems I have even thou they do a pest control treatment every Wednesday it still don't contain, or control the bugs. I have been doing laundry almost two months now because I have to connect the washing machine to my kitchen pipe I have to stop and cook so yes I have a hefty light bill because of that. And the dryer runs forever and the clothes still not dry.

Earlier today I met the manager Susan Fletcher and she was super nice, very helpful and great personality. I had a situation that I really needed to talk to her about, and she was awesome at helping me with solving the problem. Im having an awesome experience here at auburn pointe apartments and Im really looking forward to moving in! I Cant wait for the move in date to get here. Im too excited !! thank you Susan.
