The leasing agent, James, is fantastic! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The community is a central location in Newport News. I would recommend Denbigh Village to any of my peers. Great Maintenance crew as well.

I submitted a water intrusion service request on 10 August 2021 when I first noticed the water leak. I have never heard anything back it just says in progress, I was out for the day came back and my floor is now soaked with water and water is dripping from the ceiling because it is raining. I called the emergency maintenance number and the line has been disconnected. I went on the app to see if they have a new emergency number on there and it says call the main office, I called the main office and it just says no one is in the office please try again later and hangs up obviously because it’s after office hours. This place is awful I have been here sense 2019 and they have had 2 different owners and nothing has changed.

Wasp nest removed with a broom. Dead wasp and pieces of the nest left on the balcony with some still flying around. I have young children who go on the balcony. I had someone come and clean and remove the wasp for me, definitely not the help I was expecting.
