Impressions

I am a current resident. I’m never one to complain and I NEVER leave reviews wether good or bad but living here has been a disaster. I keep a very clean unit but I live directly next to the dumpster. As you can see, it isn’t well kept. I’ve seen multiple rats and pests in crowds. It’s a good neighborhood and the people are nice as well but it’s not worth what you pay to deal with issues like this. Not to mention, my AC has not consistently worked since I moved in around May. Cause my unites to reach up to 80 degrees at times

The experience was extremely pleasant I was able to handle everything via phone while my fiancé was physically there signing his part of the applications and paying for the fees. Everything was simple and we are happy with the process and outcome 😁.

Visitor parking here is horrible and they have contracted the absolute worst towing company (Mid-Atlantic). No use in complaining because management will ignore your concerns. I am not the type to move often because I like stability and it's pretty quiet out here but for what is paid to live out here my guest should be able to come visit freely without the fear of having somewhere to park without being towed! If I do decide to move this will definitely be the main reason why everything else is tolerable and expected living in a apartment. Oh and whomever they hired to be the lifeguard at the pool doesn't like working because I can't think of 1 week this summer the pool was open the full week during scheduled hours due to no lifeguard!
