The worst, The worst. Nothing is fixed. Kids damaging property and cars. Been here 4 years. 4 different management's. Just got a new one on April 1st. Wow! Police always called. No camera for safety. Neighbors don't care nor respect you. NEIGHBORS always blaming their music. Bus stop by the rental office. Parents always blocking the entrance. Bus stop in the dumbest place right by the entrance for military base. My lasy month here. This place has potential. Just need to really clean up and get the filthy mess up outta here. SIMPLE

I wouldnt recommend for anyone to move out here, first off its not the people in the office its the maintenance, Im tired of the supervisor guy who name is JEFF, Im sure Im not the only person who feel that this man doesnt do any work and if he do come by to do a work order, he will say he will be right back and we never see him again and when you run into him out in the neighborhood and confronts him about the work he never finish, he keep saying he will get by there and never shows up this is ridiculous,, for example I been having problems off and on for 3 years with my stove all they been doing to it is rigging it up Im sick and tired of that, still having issues like I pay rent and Im never late and you telling me I cant get a new stove LIKE REALLY, let me be 5 dollars late on my rent and yall gone be ready to take me to court, there is other residents that complain about the supervisor work ethic, He doesnt do anything every time you see him hes either riding around in that damn truck or he somewhere sitting. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE .

I have been living at this apartment for 4 years, initially no problems. Price range is decent for a 2 BR 2BA. If you need things fixed it takes a week even for emergent services. It took them 2 months just to fix my dishwasher. My AC went out in July and it took them a week just for them to fix even though it mentions in their rental agreement that heating and air services are emergent. Now currently I am dealing with not having a hot water for week in the middle of February because of a hot water tank bursting and leaking. I had called everyday for the past weekday because there is no one available on the weekend answering phones and I had to keep calling for updates. No one cared to update me on anything. Not to mention the police is always out here for some reason, someone got shot right in the complex Im staying in. Management is unorganized. They will put warning notices on your car if your tags arent up to date yet there is a car sitting in my complex with no tags for over a year and has not been towed yet.

Management is nice, they were helpful during the application process and very patient when the compliance took their time. Not sure how to feel about the maintenance however. They seem nice, but we have yet to see them come fix issues from when we moved in despite them setting a time and then not showing up, twice.
