One place to not worry about a list of things The Townes at the Jones Run is the perfect place! Wonderful staff, awesome maintenance, very clean great energy. Not in the middle of the city but in the perfect location for walking to local businesses! All around 5 stars from me compared to other locations Ive experienced.

Now removed about 15 months since we moved out, I have had a lot of time to reflect on the 3 years my wife and I spent at Jones Run.
When we moved into our home in 2019, the rent was somewhat affordable but still slightly overpriced for the overall quality of our home. The term landlord special defines this place. Spending an insane amount of money to redo the main office while using the bare minimum to maintain the neighborhood, homes and facilities used by the residents. Now after rent hikes continue while the homes and community continue to degrade at an alarming rate, this community remains poorly managed, over priced and lacks the welcome and warm community feeling that we had when we initially moved in. You likely wont regret moving in here, but youll often wonder if you will made the right choice.
TLDR: Landlord special quality maintenance, over priced, under-maintained.
