I do not recommend anyone moving here , my apartment is roach city the office doesnt comply or even try to help my food is all going to waste

Chantys made the moving process stress free and so easy! UPDATE: After being here for a couple of months, we have had a couple of issues that have not been addressed. They have been doing work on the pipes outside our buildings (with no notice, one day we all just woke up with no water, and made so many complaints that they finally told us all what was going on) and since then, the sink water pressure has been non-existent. Our biggest problem however, is the lack of help from the company with issues with our neighbors. Although there are city-wide quiet hours, the company does not enforce them. We have made several complaints over multiple months, and still we have had no help. They have been throwing trash, mops, childrens clothing, etc., off of their balcony, and onto our patio. Our bathroom/ master bedroom even flooded due to the upstairs tenants letting their toilet overflow. And it took them 4+ hours to even come to the unit to stop the flow of water. We were given a list of things the apartment would do, and they have only had someone come in with fans, and changed the carpet padding in the bedroom (not the actual carpet itself, which was soaked with toilet water.) They did absolutely nothing in the bathroom itself, where the flooding occurred. One of the tenants has a severe mold allergy (which was communicated) and still, nothing has been done. And although we were unable to get ahold of anyone in the leasing office for hours, as soon as we asked if it was enough to break the lease, it was an immediate no. (Even though the flooding had spread so widely due to lack of action on their end.) In conclusion: Yes, the company will make sure your move-in is smooth, but after that, you're on your own. You really do get what you pay for, and it really will NOT be money well spent if you move here.

It's horrible and bad the plumbing is messed up and I can't use the bathroom anymore because the plumbing issue. Can someone fix this immediately this it was not acting like this before.

This place is okay. But since temperatures been draping out heating is not working and it's cold with one heater is not helping at all... And people complained about water by there perche never got fixed...there is luck of communication with residents and stuff what needst to be fixed
