When I moved in 3 months ago, the tub was not fixed, nor repaired. The closet door is falling off in both bedrooms, sinks are leaking underneath, mold in the laundry room on ceiling work order put in almost 2 months ago now nobody came.. now I am hear something in the vents walking around and scratching on the vents! I have kids they have been sick since we moved in and now have bronchitis and asthma due to mold in apartment.. my kids are 5 & 4 something needs to be done about this!!!!

Carylon picked up the phone and hung up as soon as I started to speak. Very much rude and poor customer service.

Very unprofessional. I've had issues from day one. From maintenance requests not fulfilled, to the property manager being rude and unprofessional over the telephone. Frequent calls not returned and I even had a bed bug issue and roaches.

Ashton at oyster point is a great place to live.its quiet and spacious and have the best management team who is more than willing to help accommodate anything that you need done. I myself will be living here for quite some time.
